The draw

A big 4K screen, a deep wrap-around couch and the controllers your guests have held since childhood. People who came to watch end up asking for the next controller.

The flow

Guests drop onto the couch and pick up a controller issued on a deposit at the bar. No accounts, no sign-in, no one left out; a title from the rotation is already up on the screen.

The layers

When you want more than open play, layer it on: an on-floor host, a hosted tournament night, Connected Series house nights that connect to other venues. Each is its own line on the quote, added when the moment calls for it.

Typical engagements for the smallest standard metro configuration. Your figure depends on configuration, duration, staffing, branding, delivery logistics and optional layers. Firm pricing comes with the proposal. Venue-owned installations are scoped and priced by proposal.

Six factors shape your proposal.

The typical engagement is shown above. Your proposal confirms the exact figure after the site walk.

More units than the base; each seats eight to ten with one to four active player slots.

Dimensioned floor plan of the base configuration

Single pod · base envelope · indicative; your exact configuration is confirmed at the site walk.

Venue-run at the floor; hosted formats and full Fortress crew above it.

Metro is the start. Regional and remote sites add freight, crew and delivery logistics, priced per site.

Residencies are monthly hire; activations are priced per event.

Connected Series house nights and networked tournaments layer on top.

The connected layer

One floor is a start. Connected Series links it to the network.

Your venue's ladder can join fixtures against other rooms: season nights, cross-venue finals, and players who come back weekly because their team is on the board. Layered on as a program when you are ready.

Questions venues ask before they enquire.

How much space does it need?

It scales from one to eight units, with more available on request. Each unit seats eight to ten people with one to four active player slots. The fit call and site walk settle exact footprint and sightlines before anything is proposed.

What does it need from our building?

The venue supplies power and its everyday internet connection. Exact circuits are confirmed at the site walk.

Who runs it on the night?

It is venue-run and plug-and-play. Guests drop in and controllers are issued on a deposit at the bar. An on-floor host is an optional extra.

What about our internet?

Venue bandwidth is used by default. Fortress-managed networking and a 5G or Starlink uplink are optional paid add-ons when the venue connection is unsuitable or unavailable.

Do guests need to own the games?

No accounts to sign into. Pick a controller from the dock and choose from the curated rotation already loaded on the console.

What happens on quiet nights?

Open play carries a quiet night on its own. House nights, tournaments and Connected Series remain optional layers, scoped and quoted separately.
